How to remove cv 22.cmd file

Hi friends,

My PC has being infected by a virus whose file name is cv 22.cmd file.I try a lot to remove this file but it's not getting deleted or detected by any other antivirus.

Can anyone help me out with this issue.

I am using avira it's not detected cv 22.cmd file.
