How to prevent the uninstallation of a software

I am director of an application in my company. I find that some people have managed to uninstall the software for which I held, thanks to the command line uninstall MSI dedicated.

Since all employees are administrator of their machine, I try to block the removal of this software, perhaps by modifying a registry key I do not know ....

Hi, sorry to answer them but employees should not be administrator of their machine, only the "user" or "power user" if necessary.

As long as they are administrators, they can do what they want with the software in question.

Maybe you go "cheat" with the NTFS rights on the files. It will block the time he resumed duties on the files but it is definitely not admin.

Explains to your boss and he will understand. Otherwise your problem is insoluble so that your users will be administrators of their positions.
