How to edit mobile phonebook via PC ?

hello,

I want to ask is there any application or software available through which I can edit my phonebook stored in mobile phone via computer. I think if such an application is available, editing phonebook and many other features would become really fast. Can anybody have any idea regarding this.....please suggest
