Translate any language on Windows platform

Is there any best translator on Windows platform? I usually use Word document for the same but it seems tedious because Word everytime goes on Web for translation. It consumes lot of my time. Is there any another alternative to this? Possibly some software to download or so.

Well you can translate Online using Google Translate. It will allow users to seamlessly navigate from any language to English.

You can visit http://www.google.com/translate_t and translate any page to English. Currently Google Translate understands 41 languages. The company said on its web site that it is working to include more languages.
