Sound and videos plays in slow motion

I will try to be clear:

I just reinstall my pc, due to sudden death of the hard disk. Could not deliver on the main drivers of the motherboard, the CD has disappeared, and nothing on the internet.

Brief. I found another CD, another motherboard with the nForce drivers, who all installed properly.

The problem now is that the sounds played by winamp (for example) run about twice too softly, the same videos on vlc, but also on the platforms youtube, dailymotion (sound and image in slow motion, etc.).

About games in flash, the speed is normal, but the sound is "robotic, distorted.

My motherboard is a Asrock K8 Upgrade NF3.
The proc AMD athlon 64 3000 +
Windows XP SP3 (not the 64bit version)
CG nvidia geforce 6600GT 128MB
sound card integrated with the CM

I think you have problems with drivers ....look on the your mobo site for driver.

Download driver for your graphics card from here http://www.nvidia.in/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-in

If this is not the case, installed codecs for audio/video .

Have you dealt with the usual suspects like the motherboard drivers? Checked for a bios update? if you have updated the sound and video you should check for other updates as well.
