To work around this issue, use any of the following methods:

• Connect your USB keyboard or mouse before you start streaming USB video or audio.
• If you have already started streaming USB video or audio, stop the stream, connect the USB keyboard or mouse, and then start the stream again.
• If your computer has multiple USB host controllers, connect the keyboard or mouse to a USB port that is connected to a host controller other than the host controller to which the USB video or audio device is connected. Most computer that were sold in the last year have two or more USB host controllers. To verify this, view the USB host controllers in Device Manager.
