error 0x810400b in windows live messenger

Hi,
I was trying to uninstall the windows live messenger. But in between the installation process i got the following error: "OnCatlogResult: 0x810400b"
Anyone have any solution?

The MSN Messenger error 80048820 is usually caused by an incorrect clock/date setting so be sure to check your system's clock and calendar. Ensure that the AM or PM is set correctly as well as the year. Often the time will be correct but the year will not be. Try to reinstall WLM again. Don't try to install beta version. Download the full version of wlm and try to install. Also check your internet connection settings. And close all programs running in background. If you are using any peer to peer software, then close it completely.
