Hello,
Can you provide more details like what was your problem? and how you got solved it? it will help all of us.
Thats interesting,
I mean to say, what was such a problem with your browser that you need to talk to the Microsoft representative to solve your problem, I am also eager to know your problem and how do you approach to Microsoft people..
Regards
I spoke to a Microsoft rep for 3 hours and the solution wasn't found after trying many things. After the phone call I went into Internet options and then Advance and reset the defaults and it started to work for me. This is with using a Lan cable.WHen I have connected with wireless connection it does not always work.
But after doing this every time the browser stopped working at some point it stopped happening. I suspect that it is using wireless internet that is causing the problem somehow as that seems to be when it is triggered. If you have never used wireless internet then I may be wrong about this but it seems to be more than a coincidence for me
