Windows live messenger in error: 800401f3

Hello friends,
When i try to connect to windows live messenger, i get error 800401f3 and it cannot connect. What to do? Anyone have any idea?

Remove and Reinstall windows live messenger. Check the following points:

1. Verify the date and time settings on the computer.
2. Reregister the MSXML library.
3. Make sure that Internet Explorer is configured.
4. Determine the status of the Windows Live Messenger service.

Check the internet connection. Also check your internet explorer settings. Ensure the Windows Live Messenger service is not blocked by a Firewall or Proxy. If you have firewall installed on your computer, check its settings to ensure that the Windows Messenger service is not blocked by it.
If you are using any older version of windows live messenger, the upgrade it to the latest version.
