Hello , You Could Check in the Device Manager and Also By Typing This Command in the Run Dialog Box

then goto Video tab you will find it out

It will show your graphic card model.
- Go to your Desktop.
- Right click on your background
- Click Properties
- Click on Settings
- Look under "Display"
