8007efd error in msn messenger

Hello all,
I am having problem with msn messenger. I cannot chat with people. MSN messenger showing 8007efd error when i try to sign in. Can anyone have fix for this error?

This is a problem with your connection, try restarting msn messenger and connecting again, if not, then check your proxy settings. Just close msn (right click the logo in the systray, and press "exit"), then open it again. Also check following:

• First, check the .NET service status as this error may be caused by problems at the MSN servers.
• If there are no reported problems on the MSN servers, see if your proxy settings are correct: click "Tools" and then "options" at your MSN Messenger main window. In the options screen click "Connection" in the list to the left. Next, click the "Advanced Settings..." button. If you do not use a proxy server, these textboxes should be empty.
• Make sure if Internet Explorer supports 128 bits encryption. Open Internet Explorer and click Help, then About Internet Explorer. If the Cipher Strength is less then 128 bits download and install the Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack. MSN Messenger needs encryption to authenticate.
• In Internet Explorer: click Tools, then Internet Options, click Lan Settings in the connection Tab, click the "automatically detect settings" button, then click ok twice to confirm. This will let Internet Explorer and MSN Messenger find out the best way to connect to the Internet via the current network.

First remove all information in msn messenger. Then follow these steps:

• Open MSN messenger
• Click on Tools
• Go to Options
• Then click Connections
• Go to advanced parameters
• HTTP Proxy (server and port)
• Disable the Proxy

regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll

You may have some malware in your system. Update your antivirus and run full system scan. Also run Anti-malware and adware applications.
