Burn or convert UDF image

i am using windows xp .i am lloking for software that will allow me to write UDF images to disc or convert them to ISO I've tried with DAEMON Tools but no success. please tell me good application.

normally I use winRAR to unpack any image file and burn it after that on dvd, but I am not sure that it can open an UDF image. you can check out
