It is possible to run both MSN messenger and Windows Messenger at the same time. As well as a couple of other IM clients that can talk to the MSN Messenger service.
When you download "WLInstaller" it as an option to download live sign in assistant or something along those lines. You can setup hotmail with two email accounts and quick switch them, you can also sign in, in one MSN instance, as both hotmail accounts.

Use following msn extension but remember to click that you don't support the first thing on the installation: http://www.msgpluslive.net/download/
You can customize your msn messnger even more to use 2 msn accounts at the same go to customize on the msn plus options and click "allow me to connect to multiple accounts simultaneously".

To run Multiple instances of MSN messengers you will need MSN Messenger Polygamy:
    • Copy Polygamy to messenger folder, usually at C: Program =>FilesMessengermsmsgs.exe
    • Then Close The Messenger Program.
    • Then run Polygamy and Press Apply patch.

There is a program out it is a www.wackyb.co.nz and click the messengers then msn messenger. after that look on the side of the web page and select add-in or add-on for messenger and it is call several messengers.

Get MSN 8.0 and MSN Plus!.

MSN Plus! has a feature that allows multiple instances of messenger running at the same time
