Error 1303 during ms office installation

    Hello!

my problem is, whenever I went to install pack ms office, I get an error message appears: "error 1303 setup can not access the folder: c: / program files / common files / ODBC" Then he told me to check that the file exists or if I have permission to update it.

Only here ... access to common file I refused.

    What can I do?

    thank you for your help

Turn off your virus scanner or try installing in "Safe Mode" using
    administrator login.

    Hi,

"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode...". In your case, you rather not have to run this program as "Administrator". It appears you can create a new user and install under that. Why not just do that? Because you have to reinstall Office and all my other applications -- but maybe that's what your going to have to do, if no one can tell me how to get around this 1303 error. Microsoft and other vendors post technical docs on how to do this (which don't seem to work in my case), so I'd have thought it was possible to fix the problem.
