MSN messenger error 80070194

Hi all,
I just downloaded latest version of msn messenger. I get an error trying to sign in. "The service is unavailable for the moment. Try again later. 80070194"
what is this? Can anyone have any fix?

Try to reinstall messenger and restart your system. Delete the folder in C:/program files/msn messenger and then reinstall. Check your antivirus firewall, may be its blocking the connection or the servers.

Try to use following method:

• Open My Computer
• Local Disc ( C: )
• Open Documents and Settings
• Go to folder with your name which you are currently using
• Then open Local Settings
• Open Application Data
• Go to Microsoft =>Windows Live Contacts
• Put it apart from "Desktop (configuration settings)" other than to delete all folders. (necessary to copy Backup)
• After the delete to restore the original configuration

Try to sign in to msn messenger.

Try following:
Delete options Proxy in Windows Live Messenger:
In WLM => Open the menu "Tools" then "Options."
In the "Connection" tab, click the "Advanced Settings" and delete all the lines and then confirm

Also try to run following:

regsvr32 softpub.dll
