Error 8007274d in MSN messenger

Hi all,
I am getting continuous error message, when i try to sign in to MSN messenger. It stops me from signing in. It shows Error 8007274d. Can anyone solve it?

Downloaded and installed Live messenger as many times until you are being able to get it to sign in correctly. Just keep trying to sign in, if it don't work goto http://webmessenger.msn.com/ to use a webmessenger.

This is probably caused by a security setting which does not permit storing passwords on your computer. If you have sufficient rights (an administrator account) on your computer, you can reset this setting by running Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

To resolve this issue, check if Windows Live Messenger is allowed internet access by your firewall. Also be sure you are using the latest version of Windows Live Messenger. After installing you may have to adjust your firewall settings to allow Messenger to connect to the internet again.
