    Transfer of video on PC

I have a video camera but I do not have any more CD of this apparatus. How to make to return the images in my PC with exit AV of the video camera and the cord with the audio and video banana plugs?

    Hello

Initially and as you explain it, I would say that you need a chart of video acquisition.

For the audio not of problem, you connect on your audio chart. But for the video one I do not see where you could connect it.

Let us await the opinion of senior specialists.

    Good end-of-day.

Like known as, your video camera can connect only soit1) on a chart of acquisition or is 2) a case of acquisition which him is often connected to the PC in Firewire.

Then, even if you do not have any software, there is Virtual VCR which is so simple, it functions all alone. Then one needs obviously encoder this video in the video format which you want.

But I do not have Firewire connection on the video camera, therefore not of cord. There is just a connection AV and USB but for the latter one needs the software.

You did not include/understand too much, one needs an intermediate interface between your video camera (with the 3 cards RCA, red, white and yellow). It is an external case of acquisition (which will be to connect to the PC in USB, it is not optimum, or in Firewire), that is to say a chart NCV of Acquisition.

In general, this material is delivered with a software of acquisition (Pinnacle or other).I do not like this heavy software and I prefer Virtual VCR and then VirtualDub for encoder
