Windows starts up and cannot click on any options

I am facing an issue with my PC from few days.I don't know whats has happen to my PC i am able to login and after words whenever i try to click on any option it won't work.

Can anyone tell me any solution to fix this issue.

Sure i will help you out with this issue it seems that you PC is being affect by a virus.Have a virus scan by going into safe mode and run a virus scan.

I try to login into safe mode but i am not able to see the icons on the desktop can you direct me how to bring it up.
