Ive searched and came up with oyenc.wix but it wont download because the mail app is corrupt, and downloads.com doesnt have any free plug ins.. any ideas?

I use yProxy.
Integrates with windows and works in real time.
You need to set the address from it as the server address in accounts.

yDecode works great for me on windows mail.
it was very easy to configure. it's not free but the added feature is integrated multipart decoder - Download yDecode [from yDecode]
