Error: Mscoree.dll Could Not Be Found

hi,
I just got Q6700 @ 3.5 Stable,Motherboard XfX 790i Ultra, a Saphire 9800 Pro-U off ebay, with the giant heat sink and extra fan. When I try to start SharpReader, I'm getting an error message stating "The dynamic library mscoree.dll could not be found in the specified path".

This problem occurs if the Microsoft .NET Framework is not installed on the target computer. Applications and controls written for the .NET Framework require that it be installed on the computer on which the application or control runs.

To slove the problem follow the step :

• Uninstall the vid card drivers via control panel
• Reboot
• Install .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
• Reboot
• Reinstall vid card drivers
