Hello Friends,

Here is some information to delete Outlook Email Address Auto-Complete List.
View/Delete AutoComplete Items:
Find the your *.nk2 folder in following location -
%APPDATA%\Microsoft\Outlook
You can select items in the list and use the Delete key to delete them. You'll be warned that you should probably close Outlook first.
i think it happens because because Outlook crashes or does not close properly and the changes are not written to the NK2 file. The existing *.NK2 shouldn't be replaced by a clean *.NK2 if this happens, but new addresses you've sent new mail to or replied to won't be saved to the file. Less used addresses are replaced by new addresses when the NK2 contains 1000 addresses in Outlook 2003 or 2000 address if using Outlook 2007.
Deleting Single Entries:
It's easy to delete individual items from the list. Type a few characters in the To field to display the list. Then use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move to the old email addresses and click Delete.
If you want to start fresh with your autocomplete list, locate the file with the .nk2 extension and rename the extension to .bak or delete the file.
