IE 7 can not download anything from the net

Hello,
I am facing problems while downloading anything from the net.
I am using IE 7 & I don't know why but I can not download anything from the internet.

I can't understand what the problem is please help me!

I had the same problem. It's caused by a virus named w32.kbot

There is nothing you can do about it except take a new browser. I personally recommend
Mozilla Firefox.

My IE7 would not download, I unistalled Norton Internet Security, Didn't Help Had all the Vista updates installed, didn't help Thought Office 2007 /w update caused it, it did not.

Disabled ALL service at startup via msconfig, did not help

Solution
I had previously moved my temp internet files to a temp directory loction outside my user name tree, moved it back under my name and it worked like a chanp.
