Office Enterprise 2007 - Issue

Hey there, i'm having an issue with office 2007 enterprise. When using Microsoft office document imaging and clicking on the feature send text to word, I get the following error message "an error was encountered while sending text to word. Please verify word is installed properly". This happens whether I have a tiff open or an mdi file.

I have run repairs on word, removed office enterprise and reinstalled and still the error occurs. Word 2007 is installed and fully functioning, has anyone got further ideas ??

Temporarily rename normal.dotm to oldnormal.dotm and see if that helps. There is nothing inherent in the Document Imaging/Word relationship that should cause it to crash. The most obvious issues concern setup anomoloies from templates and add-ins. Make sure that any add-ins if you have installed are compatible and working correctly.
