    Without client installation Oracle connectivity

    Hello,
    I want to know if i can get connected to the Oracle Database Server 10g from my client system without installing any Oracle Client Software.
    My Oracle Database Server 10g is inlinux server & client platform is windows XP.

    The answer to your question is YES.
    Its possible.
    Without installing any Oracle Client Software, YES! it is Possible to connect to Oracle Database Server from a client system. There is NO need to install Oracle Client Software. You may use VB,C#,J# applications.
