Missing YA561403 cab installing MS Office

I had MS Office originally installed but Outlook was not working. So I tried reinstalling it again, but I get the following eror message: "waiting for cabinets to be cached to local instalaltion source; file YA561403.CAB".
I tried unsinstalling the software completely but still does not work . I looked for that file on the disk, but it won't let me copy it to my hard drive under the folder I 386; what am I doing wrong? Can anybody help. please?
Is this field left from the original installation; how do I turn off the need for this message.

Do you maybe have a trial version installed on your new PC?

No, I do not have the trial version,,, it is a full version of MS Office 2003. Maybe this file got corrupted with some kind of virus and I tried to perform a reinstallation, it could not recognize the file. Now MS Office is completely removed from my laptop and I cannot reinstall it.

you just need to do a custom install and select the respective drive for the installation folder. If you have somehow got your CD drive selected as the destination, Office won't install! You just need to set the path correctly.

If you have it loaded anywhere it will use resources.Loading it on another drive means nothing to it using resources.

or else if you have Project Pro 2003 setup cd then follow the following installation tips:

    1. Put your 2003 Pro CD in your CD drive.
    2. Click Start, click Run, type cmd in the Open box, and then press ENTER.
    3. At the command prompt, type the letter of your CD drive followed by a colon (, and then press ENTER. For example, if your CD drive is drive D, type D:
    4. Type the following, and then press ENTER:
    5. setup oem_noprevious=1
    6. After the installation is complete, click Start, click Control Panel, and then click Add or Remove Programs.
    7. Under Currently installed programs, click Microsoft Office Project Standard 2003, and then click Remove.
    8. Click Yes to verify that you want to remove Project Standard 2003 from your computer.
    9. After Project Pro 2003 is removed from your computer, run the Project Pro 2003 Setup program without the oem_noprevious=1 command-line option.
