Error Code 8000402a

Unable to connect since I installed the MSN messenger 2009 version. I have the error code 8000402a . Don't know what to do?

You are getting error code 8000402a on msn messenger, try to exit and start it again. Not sure if its a proper work around, but it worked for me.

Yes, kill the process from task manager and launch it again. And also still if you getting same error try to reinstall it again.

I tried that, but no matter how many times I re-install it, the error keeps coming back...

It is recommended that the Windows 7 operating system is very irritating as it has many such problems and incompatibility issues. I suggest you to change the operating system that you are using. It is better if you use Windows Vista, as it has similar features as Windows 7.

well the weird thing is it worked in the beginning, but one time it suddenly acted strange, then i restarted it and aftre that it didnt work anymore.
and i just bought the computer, so thats why vista is on it
