How to get Extra Bass effect in windows media player and winamp?

hey guys can u tell me what equalizer configuration shall i make to gain Extra bass effect in the music?? help me help me guys!!

Thats a simple configuration. its same in windows media player as well as winamp. On the extreme left of the equalizer, there are two bars one of 31Hz and 62Hz. these two bars are responsible for the bass effect. increase both and check with multiple settings which is favourable to you! dont make both the bars to maximum, else it will give a very bad sound like they'll tear your speakers' cone! have fun!

For treble, the two bars on extreme right are responsilbe. experiment with the equalizer and you'll know which bars do what function!
