From google I got "pc doc pro" is it the same thing are you talking about?

Its a registry cleaner software. pcdocpro.com
Don't know about its reliability but there are many free registry cleaner software's available on the net such as CCleaner, Cleanup etc.

CCCleaner is not registry cleaner exactly .. One is like is registry mechanic and yes PC DOC PRO as well.. PC DOC PRO is good for advanced users.
