    Outlook 2002 messaging interface error

    Hello to all.

When I want to register a new appointment with
Outlook 2002, I get the message systematically below
    above.

    I have already tried:
    - Repair (with scanpst.exe) my. Pst
    - To repair Outlook (Help menu, Detect and Repair)
    - Repair Office (panel config
Add / Remove Programs, Office, repair)

    nothing happens.

If someone has an idea, it would make me bigrement service

    Thank you in advance

Create a new Personal Folders (.pst file) and make it the default delivery location. This will allow Outlook 2002 to stop trying to send out e-mails in the Outbox for the original Personal Folders (.pst file)
You should then be able to delete any messages left in the Outbox.

File > New > Outlook Data File

Name and save the new .pst file.

Tools > E-mail Accounts > View or change existing.... > Next
Where it says: Deliver new e-mail to the following location:
Click the drop down arrow and choose the new .pst file as the new delivery location.
Click Finish to save your changes.

Close and restart Outlook 2002 for the changes to take effect.

Delete or move the messages from the Outbox, then you can return the original .pst file as the default delivery location using the same steps as above.

To see the actual size of the PST file it is necessary to
    compress:

File menu / Management data files / Settings /
    Compress

I think there is a utility from Microsoft that will let you start removing e-mails from the PST file until it gets back to a manageable size. I don't know exact name.
