Hi all,
I just installed Adobe Media Player, anyway, the program behaves very badly in that it loads itself on system start-up without authority. And then, there is no normal way to uninstall it. thanks for ant help.

Removing Adobe Media Player
The Adobe Media Player application appears as a separate entry on your system and is listed separately in the Add/Remove programs list on Windows.
To remove Adobe Media Player on Windows:
1. Click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
2. Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
3. Select Adobe Media Player.
4. Click Change (Windows XP) or Uninstall (Windows Vista).
To remove Adobe Media Player on Mac OS, drag the application to the Trash.
Known Issues
You may encounter the following known issues:
Adobe AIR or Media Player installation fails if the user has more than one OS volume mounted (Mac Only). The recommended workaround is to dismount the additional OS mount so that only the targeted volume is mounted during installation.
If you previously installed a prerelease version of Adobe Media Player and have not updated to Adobe AIR 1.0 or above, it is recommended that you first perform a successful update to the latest release of Adobe AIR before installing the release version of Adobe Media Player 1.0.
I have had exactly the same problem. i had to uninstall Adobe Air first. then uninstall adobe media player. that worked for me. Adobe is my favorite software company, but I think they have really blown it with this one.
