Microsoft Exchange 2003 problem

I am getting problem with exchange. One outside user trying to send a mail to my exchange user but my exchange user is not receiving the mail. Even that outside user is also not getting any bounce back error. What can be the problem ? How do i search that mail on my exchange server and how to trace where the mail is going to because my domain is registered and its able to send and receive to outside mail domains.

if you have a SPAM firewall - check its log. Try the message tracking tool in the Exchange Server Manager - search for the email by user, sender and date; check the Event Viewer log of the Exchange Server
