SP3 for XP installation impossible

I would like to install Service Pack 3 for Windows XP.
When I install (after having taken on the Microsoft site), then he moved met a error. Then he begins to uninstall it and warn me that windows may have operational problems.

Why?
And how can I fix it?

I downloaded *. msi and *. exe
