Cannot burn cd/dvd in nero if characters exceed

Hello, I just bought a new burner with nero suppied with it. So I wanted ttest a dvd by burning it but I noticed that it has limited number of very specific characters. So can I pass this limit and burn the movie with the same name as the original dvd? (I used dvd shrink to remove the bonus, etc ...)

Right click on the name of the cd / dvd -> Properties -> iso -> length of the file name (ISO) -> "max of 31 characters.
This is the maximum allowed.

I repeat in this subject up rather than create another.

I tried to create a DVD with 28 characters name. But even with all properly checked, I cut each time after 16 characters. What seems to be the problem here please help.
