Error hard drive click ctrl + alt + delete to restart

Here is my problem, I have a PC HP Pavilion dv 1675, I go to work, as usual, after I received an email from a friend under HELLO. 3 hours after the beloved friend sent me a message saying it is a virus should not be open (too late).

The next day I tried to turn on my PC, but a blue screen appear. I tried to format, but after you format the disk stops in the second part of the installation by sending the following message:

Error disk drive
Click Ctrl + Alt + delete to restart

Another serious problem is that I have my HD that partitioned into two, 1 part for the system and the second for my personal documents. The problem that the document contains personal affairs very important and when I look at how much space it remains free (Part D), I think it is 100% free.

I forgot to tell you that I still share the C into two parts to see if this method I can install the system.

So in summary I lost my paper and my PC (or my hard drive)
Do you think there is a likelihood that the hard drive contains D my documentation even if it shows it is empty?

And how to solve this problem of disk drive error.

If you do that formatting your hard disk, you can try to recover.
if you wrote the above data it becomes difficult or impossible in areas reused.

What I want to know please, on the one hand as if I can even find my documents since I am not sure that I made another one in this Part D, while the drive is empty of data (that is possible, the possible effect of virus !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!).

secondly if the case (that I format the data) is what I can recover as well?
