There are some software in the market that do that. I do not know all.
I have Adobe Premiere that does this and I am almost sure that NERO has a plug-in for that too.

Any blockage in DVD / CD you can be broken by programs on the Internet, but a little more difficult the for those who do not know these tools.

I recommend you apply this to those DVDs

This is cat and mouse game ... that it is impossible to copy ... is easier to do that on the basis of the fall in the price (for example, making discount if the family wants multiple copies) or the awareness of that somehow technique.

If DVD is standard, forget it.

If you use Windows Media Video, you can use DRM, but not for free. You have to pay someone to manage the licenses and player / pc to see if you are connected to the Internet and the license validated.

What Isaac1 said is right. Remember that not everyone believes the cracks and breaks of protection.

I think for professionals, is worth the investment of softwares lock. I dare to kick here that only 30-40% of its clutches will break it.

Protect photos is easier and I do what is said, the photos give evidence by video, all with serial number of machine because the software offers this feature, otherwise, I see no solution for videos to a DVD, because many people today have DVD recorders and resources of decryption, run fast and I think if there is the possibility of making a overburning, is the most viable solution and infallible, however, know how the data and not with DVD video.
