Cablemusic Player - a windows media player skin w/ a link that has no music - please help

i have windows media player 11 - vista. from the link that leads to more skins i downloaded the 'cablemusic player' skin specifically to listen to internet radio. on the skin is a link that says register at cablemusic.com. that link led me to a site called 'dotnukenet.com' and? 'cablemusic.com'. i couldnt find any hint of radio or music but i made the mistake of registering before i was sure of that. does anyone know if i am not looking in the right place or any info about this? also, is there a good safe place/way to get internet radio through windows media player?? thank you for any help!!
