Outlook Web Access 2003 - Options ( bcc, from ..)

Cannot Access show bcc or show from Options Tab in OWA.

Hi, If you could tell the name of the operating system then my answers could have been more precise. but if you are using windows xp sp2 then An update is available to resolve this issue. Note After you install the Exchange hotfix mentioned in article 883543, you must download the updated S/MIME control on the Windows XP SP2 computer. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log on to Outlook Web Access.
2. In the lower right pane, click Options.
3. In the E-mail Security area, click Download.
