Converting a file RBS

Does anyone know a way to convert a file RBS in another audio format can be read by Windows Media Player 10?

The RBS is pseudo mp3 it seems, by renaming in. Mp3 this should happen. Otherwise BS Player must be able to read.

But how I can do in XP to change the extension of a file if it does not appear?

In explorer ==> === Tools> Folder Options ===> tab display ===> uncheck Hide extensions for file types known. Or simply add. Mp3 last file you want to listen.
