Unable to install Nero 9

Hello to all.
I have a problem with the installation of Nero 9, in practice, once chosen the path of the package and the programs to install, I see the screen that indicates the capacity of hard disk, which is inexplicably equal to "0" (zero), Despite hard disk are about 30 GB of storage space, so I was unable to continue installing the program. What can I do?

Another thing, while trying to install I saw that the list of available programs is not "black image drive" program in this package black 7 (which still use on another pc). This utility is essential for me as much work with iso file and then nrg and I frequently need to mount these files on the drive created by virtual drive image. What happened to this program? someone knows more? This is in black 8?

Try Reinstalling the Application again.Some or two files may not be installed properly.

hi.. am already having nero 9.. now its not working.. so i tried to uninstall but i cant uninstall its showing some error.. so i delete all nero companats from c drive.. now am trying to install nero 7 ultra..but its telling u have newyer version than this so i cant continue ... what can i do .. please some one help

I think there probs due to setup file. plz redownload nero 9 and install it again.

Remember that u need to uninstall older version nero to before install nero 9.
