How to compress an videos?

Hello,

here, I imported a video (about 1min) from my digital camera thanks to Windows Movie Maker software, and I recorded this video in my document.his video is 11 MB,it is too large to send by mail (that is the message that my job). I would like to know how I can do to compress the video to be sent by mail.For info, I have windows vista.

Omega is good then you compress (with WINRAR or WINZIP) and you add in attachment your message or you the hosts and give you the URL to your friend through E-mail.

Indeed, I winrar, I clicked right on video and select the "compress and send e-mail" and it appears a window "name and setting the archive", from there, it's gibberish to me ...
What should I do?
