My movie maker has been strange ..!
When I use it pops a window up and it says something with Xvid.lll not found or something in the style. Anybody know why?

Do you mean Xvid.dll?
Go here and download the zip file. Pack the Xvid.dll next to the folder:
Drive: \ WINDOWS \ System
Replace "Drive" with your drive letter. In my case it is:
C: \ WINDOWS \ System
So it should run again
