File wont open

I have about 100 jpegs I shot and now for some reason they are showing up as files and not jpeg and I can't get them opened to convert them??? Any tips

Which OS are you on? Sounds like your JPEGS lost their type and creator or are damaged and need to be repaired

You should use the JPEG Recovery Professional

First I think you should check that your JPEG images are opening at others PC or not then go for recovery and all.
