PELoader.exe

Hi folks!

I have a small problem, Yesterday my Windows XP crashed and now always after the restart, there is delay, I've found it to PELoader program or whatever it is lies! It is located in C: \ Windows \ System32.
I can delete it but what is this program? I have always PELoader with Windows Task Manager to quit so that Windows can start, so the program is constantly on in the delayed start and other programs to start and lasts, can someone help me and say what it is for a program if one knows it? I have nothing useful by Google found for me, unfortunately.

PELoader belongs to Bart's PE BUILDER. This is a bootable Windows XP CD!

Install your Bart's PE BUILD again.

I've Solved the problem by uninstalling the program? Will it around with Windows installed?
