While trying to find the source of it through online searches, I came across some other boards and websites that mentioned it could be TDSS, I reread JoshGreifer's log, and sure enough he listed TDSS.
I looked for it on my system and there it was.
Luckily it can be disabled enough that you can search for, download and install software that removes it.

I was just curious as I couldn't find it on my Vista Home Premium system - thought I was missing out on something!
After your reply I found it mentioned in the F-Secure site as a rootkit. Brrrrr!
