blue screen

I need to have. NET Framework to run certain software, I download the 2.0 and 3.0 on the 3.5 none of them does, I find that I run. Exe bear the file and "hop" I have the blue screen I am forced to turn off the PC.

I try to delete files framework in c: windows, I remove the keys in the registry, its does not work, I try the software, its dial a fix is not changing.
