    Acronis True Image 11

    Good morning,

I was looking for a way to save on an external drive all of my system so as to leave a simple changeover, I thought Acronis True Image 11 could do so.

But before making investments, USB external disk + Acronis, I asked the producer who does not answer me (funny how to deal with potential clients?)

    Can you advise me.

    Merci Thank you

    Good morning,

Yes it is absolutely necessary to make a disk image of your system as the RAID 1 protege as against the failure of your hardware DD ... because everything that happens on the first disc is replicate on the other!!

    That's good for database servers!

I think True Image Home 11 should be capable of an imager RAID 1, if this is not true version "Workstation" it supports all types of RAID.

    Good morning,

    It should:

1 - Thou to do a partition on your hard disk

2 - You'll place the image of hard disk and you do a backup of it possibly on your external hard drive
    .
For my part what I do?
