Want to share email on home network

I am having two PCs in my home, one desktop computer and one laptop, connected through a D-LINK router. At present, only one of them is set to receive email through Outlook Express but I want to share email across the home network so that I can see the mail on both the pc according to my convenience. Is it possible?

I don't think it can be possible on Windows based Operating Systems unless and until to dedicate a machine especially for that purpose.

Yeah it is possible. Only you have to do some settings in the Outlook Express.

Open Outlook Express -> Go to Tools -> Accounts -> Select the account and click Properties -> Click Advanced tab -> Check "Leave a copy of messages on server" and specify the number of days to leave those messages on the server if you wish -> Click OK and close it.

And remember, you need to do that on both computers.

Thanks Howitzer for your useful tip and will give it a try. But wouldn't the email be duplicated on both the pc?

Definitely the emails would be duplicated but that doesn't matter while using in home network.
