How to fix Vista Transformation Pack error

I recently downloaded and installed latest Vista Transformation Pack on my computer. I am getting an error message "SFMonitor.exe- illegal system DLL reallocation" as soon as I reboot my system. How can I fix this? I am running Win XP on my computer with 2GB of RAM.

IMO just uninstall it because it will eat your system and let it down. I have also used it and found that my system works too slow.

It happens so because it messes up with dll's and occupies the memory address which is reserved for system dll's. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

I am using Vista Transformation Pack for some time and I had no problems.It's true that my computer is running a little bit slower but it's ok.Try to uninstall and install it again I left a link here.
