I can't send mails in Outlook!!

I can only receive mails but can't send out any through Outlook 2003!!

This message used to pop up everytime I started Outlook --> "C\PROGRA~1\Eset\Emon.dll could not be installed or loaded" . I thought this was the reason for the sending error, but then somebody on the forum taught me how to disable the Eset in Outlook, after that I don't see the pop-up message anymore, however I still can't send out mails.

In the error message, it says that my "outgoing server (SMTP) does not support SSL connection"

can anyone tell me what to do ?? I'd really appreciate it !

but seeems that none of those covered my problem..
i tried to set up the email accounts again following gmail's instruction, when I hit "test account setting" there occurs the problem.

I think the box was checked in your account setup that the outgoing server requires ssl when the error is saying you that is dosen't & that you need to go back & uncheck it. Go to tools > Accounts > Properties > Advanced Tab, uncheck the box about the ssl servers under the outgoing mail server.
