    sidebyside event id 59

    OS: Windows 2003 R2 SP2
    Error occurs during startup of the server.
    Description:
    Resolve Partial Assembly failed for Microsoft VC80.CRT.mui. Reference error
    message: Access is denied.

    Please advise why the message is occuring. Thanks
